He is a specialist specialist in Clinical Microbiology (Consultant), a Bachelor of Medicine Graduate in the Indonesian Christian University in 1982, Educational Program for Clinical Microbiology Specialist in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia in 1996, Doctoral Education in the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University in 2012 and a Consultant in Clinical Microbiology (Bacteriology) 2008.

He has devoted himself to 24 years in the field of medicine, especially a specialist in Clinical Microbiology.

He is active in various organizations such as the Indonesian Doctors Association, Member of the American Society of Infection Control, Member of the Asian Pacific Society for Microbiology.

He also frequently participates in seminars such as the 8th ISAAR (International Symposium on Antimicrobial Agents and Resistance) Seoul Korea, the 14th International Symposium on Infections in the Critically III Patient Berlin Germany.
